Facility Improvements
Summer 2008
- Monteith Hall: Replace entire roofing system and install new roof hatch
- Pritchard Hall: Renovate 24 restrooms and six showers
- Lee, Pritchard, O'Shaughnessy, Miles, Johnson, Barringer, Newman, and Vawter Halls: Replace lounge/study furniture
- Pritchard Hall: Provide lounges with new finishes
- Owens Hall: Renovate lobby area to match adjacent Banquet Hall
- 12 residence halls: Install first-floor security screens
- Barringer, Cochrane, Main Eggleston, Lee, Miles, Payne, Slusher Tower and Wing, and Vawter Halls and Special Purpose Housing 61,62, 63, and 74: Paint residence hall rooms
- Miles Hall: Renovate fitness room
- Slusher Tower and Wing, Hillcrest (second and third floors), East Campbell, Newman, and Main Eggleston Halls: Refurbish mattresses
- Barringer, Newman, Johnson, and Thomas Halls: Renovate/create graduate hall director apartments
- Harper, Payne, Pedrew-Yates, and New Residence Halls: Clean HVAC systems
