Housing/Dining Contract Terms and Conditions

In accordance with the terms of the housing contract, this notification is of an addition to the terms of the contracts listed below. At its meeting on June, 20, 2008, the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors approved a policy that prohibits anyone who must register as a Sex Offender from living on campus in a university residence hall. This policy is effective immediately.

Students should familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of their Housing/Dining Contract.

2009-2010 Academic Year
