Items not listed above will be charged at a materials and labor cost matching the cost of repair and/or replacement. The examples above reflect minimum charges. In all cases, we reserve the right to recover the actual expense of repair/replacement due to damage caused by residents.

For example, when inappropriate adhesives or nails damage the drywall walls, the labor time and material costs of repairing and re-painting the wall increases. The $375 minimum charge assumes minimal preparation time for painting the room.

Repairs and replacement of Telephone/Data/Video services are handled by the Communications Network Services (CNS) office.
