Graduate and Professional Student Housing

Virginia Tech offers on-campus housing for Graduate and Professional students. This housing option reflects both the diversity and tradition that are the hallmarks of graduate studies at the University. The facilities are suited to provide privacy, convenience, and an atmosphere conducive to learning.

Graduate Wait List Sign-Up

For graduate housing, contract offers are made in order of entry date, and determined based on the available housing for assignment. Students must be enrolled at the University before a contract will be offered. Once you have signed up, your 2009-2010 student status will be checked and you will receive a receipt e-mail from our office acknowledging your entry onto the waiting list.
