Housing Application Process

The Housing Application Process (HAP) is the procedure by which undergraduate, returning students request housing for the upcoming academic year. All undergraduate, returning students who have an interest in receiving a housing/dining contract for the 2010-2011 academic year should apply during this process. Incoming freshmen and transfer students should follow the instructions in their admissions materials.

Students are strongly encouraged to read the complete 2010-2011 HAP Student Guide (PDF) before continuing. The Housing Application Process is for the regular academic year only.

Sign-up Begins: Tuesday, January, 19, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. Sign-up Ends: Friday, January 22, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.

The returning student wait list for fall housing will begin at 5:01 p.m. on Friday, January 22, 2010, for those that miss the regular sign up and for those that are not eligible to enter the housing lottery due to non-enrollment.

This process is for undergraduate, returning students-transfer housing wait list sign-ups will be available Monday, February 1, 2010. Graduate students should follow their own process, information available on the Graduate and Professional Student Housing page.
