Move-in Days and Check-in Times
Resident advisors will be available throughout the move-in process. Get Connected computer support teams will be available during early and regular check-ins however Team Hokies will only be available to help students and parents during regular check-in.
Early Check-in
Available to new and returning students Wednesday, August 19 and Thursday, August 20 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Regular Check-in
Will be Friday, August 21 and Saturday, August 22 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Oak Lane Community (Special Purpose Housing) Check-in
Begins Tuesday, August 18 and goes through Saturday, August 22. Various times to be announced by Oak Lane staff.
Although we look forward to sharing our delicious food with you, please be aware that meals will be served on a cash, Dining Dollars, or Hokie Passport Account only basis until dining plans begin Friday, August 21. Please also keep in mind that parking may also be more difficult during weekdays (university business days).
