Completing Your Online Housing/Dining ContractStudents are able to receive and submit their Housing/Dining contract using the Hokie SPA website. Students can "electronically sign" and submit their contracts directly. Incoming FreshmenWhen you are offered admissions to the University, you will receive an offer letter and a brochure about on-campus living. After you accept the admission offer, you can then go online to the Hokie SPA website at www.hokiespa.vt.edu to create your PID and password for use at the University. This PID will become your Virginia Tech e-mail address and open the door to many online functions provided at the University. After you have activated your PID, you can then go to the "Housing and Dining Services" menu selection of the Hokie SPA website to complete your Housing/Dining Contract. Make sure to print out a copy of the contract as well as the Terms and Conditions for your records. You may complete a paper copy of the contract instead of using the online system by contacting our office.Incoming Transfer StudentsIncoming transfer students are considered for on-campus housing when they notify us of their interest on their University admissions application. When you are offered admissions to the University, you will receive an offer letter and a brochure about on-campus living.After you return your acceptance of the admission offer, you can then go online to the Hokie SPA website to create your PID and password for use at the University. Returning, Undergraduate StudentsAfter the Housing Application Process results are posted, successful applicants will be able to visit the "Housing and Dining Services" menu selection of the Hokie SPA website, www.hokiespa.vt.edu, to complete your Housing/Dining Contract. Make sure to print out a copy of the contract as well as the Terms and Conditions for your records.Returning Corps of Cadets StudentsYou will receive notification from the Office of the Commandant when housing
contract offers are available to you, as well as the deadline for returning
the offer. To complete your online contract, visit the "Housing and Dining
Services" menu selection of the Hokie SPA website, www.hokiespa.vt.edu
. Make sure to print out a copy of the contract as well as the Terms
and Conditions for your records. You may complete a paper copy of the
contract instead of using the online system by contacting the Commandant's Office.
Returning Oak Lane Community StudentsYou will receive notification from your House Supervisor when housing contract
offers are available to you, as well as the deadline for returning the offer.
