Several routes take students to and from campus to off-campus housing, downtown, and to the mall. All students can ride for free simply by showing their student IDs. Its a safe, easy, and environmentally friendly way to get around town. Want to get around Blacksburg on the web? Well head on over to the Blacksburg Electronic Village at www.bev.net. The ambitious, first of it's kind project, first premiering in 1991, puts an electronic town hall at the fingertips of residents.
