New Residence Hall East and Peddrew-Yates
| Peddrew-Yates and New Residence Hall East were built in 1998 and are part of the Drillfield Community. Peddrew-Yates is commonly referred to as PY and New Residence Hall East is referred to as New Res. Each building houses approximately 215 residents. PY houses primarily freshmen students participating in the Residential Leadership Community theme housing program while New Res houses upperclassmen. Both are suite-style buildings with either two or three rooms sharing a common living room and bathroom. Each suite living room is furnished with a coffee table, sofa, side chair, and rocking chair. Both feature two study lounges and a kitchen on each floor.
